1. Agreement to these Terms

LottoSynapse ("LottoSynapse," "we," "us") is an independent, sole-operator service based in Florida, USA. By creating an account or using lottosynapse.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What LottoSynapse is — and is not

LottoSynapse is a statistical analysis and combination-generation tool for lottery games, provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a lottery, a gambling operator, or a ticket retailer. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, process lottery entries, or pay prizes. Any ticket you choose to play must be purchased from an official, licensed lottery retailer. LottoSynapse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any lottery, the Multi-State Lottery Association, or any state agency. "POWERBALL" and "MEGA MILLIONS" are registered trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the games analyzed.

3. No predictions. No improved odds.

Lottery draws are random and independent events. No tool, model, or system — including ours — can predict winning numbers or change the fixed odds of any lottery game. Our scores measure structural properties of combinations (balance, popularity-avoidance, coverage); they are not probability claims, and every valid combination has exactly the same chance of being drawn. We make no promise, express or implied, that using the Service will result in winnings of any kind. You play entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old AND of legal lottery-playing age in your jurisdiction to use the Service (some jurisdictions require 19+ or 21+ — for example 19+ in Nebraska and 21+ in Arizona, Iowa, and Louisiana). By using the Service you represent that you meet both requirements. The Service is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or attempt to circumvent per-draw budgets (including via multiple accounts or devices).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or bulk-export Service content; reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service; probe or disrupt our infrastructure; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent Service output as lottery predictions when sharing it.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free and paid subscription plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard; you keep paid access through the end of the period already paid, and we do not offer partial-month refunds except where required by law. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Plan allowances (combinations per game, per draw) are enforced per upcoming draw and do not roll over.

8. Features marked "coming soon"

Features labeled "coming soon" (for example wheeling systems, auto-delivered combinations, syndicate tools, and API access) are not yet available, are not part of the paid service you are purchasing today, and may change or be cancelled before release. Subscribing now does not guarantee any unreleased feature.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its scoring engine, design, and content, is owned by LottoSynapse. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms. Combinations generated for you are yours to play; the underlying scoring methodology remains ours.

10. Third-party services

The Service is built on third-party providers acting as our processors: Supabase (database, authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google/Apple (optional OAuth sign-in). Their processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for lottery operators' websites we link to for official information.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed jackpot amounts, draw times, or results are always accurate or current — always verify against official lottery sources before playing.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTTOSYNAPSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOTTERY LOSSES, MISSED DRAWS, UNPURCHASED TICKETS, OR RELIANCE ON SERVICE OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Responsible play

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where reasonably possible, an in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
